Notification to the passengers

• This is an express bus line.
• Reservations can be made from on month  prior to the date of departure.
• All seats are reserved seats. Please make a reservation in advance.
• You can get on the bus without reservations if there is a seat available on the day for all lines above.
• Please make a reservation on the internet of mobile website, and purchase the ticket before the deadline.
• Reservations for consecutive days are 14 days in Kansai International Airport line(Free for the first 10 days. 500 yen for each day after 11 days).
• Buses departing from Okayama uses the reserved seating system, but the buses departing from Kansai International Airport are reservations for the bus only so seat specification cannot be made.
• Please purchase the round trip ticket at the ticket sales counter or affiliated convenience store after you have made the reservation, and before you board the bus.
• Please purchase the ticket for Kansai International Airport at the ticket vending machine.
• After purchasing a ticket, or if you are using a book of tickets, there will be no charge of fee limited to the first change only.However, second changes are not accepted. 
• In case of missing your bus due to delay of your flight, you can get onto the next bus from Kansai International Airport if there is a vacant seat. However, if you miss the last bus, on that day, you cannot get onto the bus next day. In that case, we will be refund the bus fee (refund fee will be charged). 
  If you missed your bus for unexpected reasons, you can get onto the bus next day. 
  The definition of the unexpected reason is stopping of the service caused by natural disaster, war, riot, order from the authority or any other reasons that our company is not associated with.
• The cancellation fee is charged according to our policy.
• The booklet tickets could be used only in the area, which is written on the ticket.
• The number of slots in the parking lot is limited. The parking lot is not available when it is full.
• The buses may arrive late due to the traffic conditions, so please make sure you have plenty of time.
• You can bring up to 2 pieces of your luggage (Maximum 2 extra-large suitcases).※If you bring 2 pieces, they have to be less than 30kg in total.
• All buses are lavatory-equipped. However, in some cases, it is not available due to maintenance or other reasons. Besides, some buses of our joint operating company do not have lavatory.
• When acquiring personal information, we will clarify the purpose and use the information only according to its purpose. Although we will not generally use the information beyond its intended purpose, if we do so, we will acquire individual consent except in cases permitted by laws or regulations.
• Please fasten your seat belts for safety reasons.
